1. Please be aware that the New Brunswick Express Entry Labour Market Stream operates on an expression of Interest (EOI) system, and it will exclusively consider EOIs from individuals who meet specific conditions, distinct from the stream's eligibility criteria. As of July 26th, 2019, the program is open to EOIs from individuals meeting the following criteria:
2. Must maintain an active Express Entry profile.
3. Must currently reside and work in New Brunswick; an accompanying letter of employment from the employer is required with the EOI.
4. Employment should be in a position classified under NOC Code 0, A, or B, with the NOC code included in the EOI.
5. Must possess a valid Canadian Work Permit.
6. Valid language test scores in either English or French equivalent to Canadian Language Benchmark Level 7 (CLB 7) are mandatory.
7. An Educational Credentials Assessment (ECA) demonstrating education equivalent to a Canadian High School diploma is required.

 

Skilled Workers Stream

 

Applications within this category are welcomed in New Brunswick from individuals who have secured a full-time, permanent job offer from a New Brunswick employer.
 
Minimum Requirements:
 
1. Demonstrate the intention to establish residence in New Brunswick.
2. Possess a full-time permanent job offer from a qualifying New Brunswick employer, along with a supporting letter from them.
3. Hold a minimum of a Canadian secondary (high school) diploma or a foreign high school diploma equivalent to a Canadian credential.
4. Fall within the age range of 19 to 55 years.
5. Attain valid language test scores in either English or French equivalent to Canadian Language Benchmark Level 4 (CLB 4).

 

Business Immigration Stream 

 

New Brunswick entertains applications in this category from individuals with plans to own and actively manage a business in the province, requiring applicants to make a financial investment in the business.
 
Minimum Requirements:
 
1. Possess an eligible connection to New Brunswick for the submission of an expression of Interest.
2. Hold an academic degree from a college or university requiring a minimum of three years of full-time study, or a diploma in a specific trade demanding at least two years of full-time study.
3. Demonstrate a minimum personal net worth of at least $600,000 CAD, with at least $300,000 CAD readily available and unencumbered.
4. Fall within the age range of 22 to 55 years.
5. Attain valid language test scores in either English or French equivalent to Canadian Language Benchmark Level 5 (CLB 5).

 

Strategic Initiative Stream

 

Tailored for Francophone professionals possessing the skills, education, and work experience to make significant contributions to New Brunswick's economy, this stream is ideal for those seeking permanent residency in the province.
 
Minimum Requirements:
 
1. Demonstrate an intention to establish residence in New Brunswick.
2. Establish a qualifying connection to New Brunswick.
3. Possess a minimum of a Canadian secondary (high school) diploma or a foreign high school diploma equivalent to a Canadian credential.
4. Have the necessary settlement funds as per the program requirements.
5. Fall within the age range of 19 to 55 years.
6. Attain valid language test scores in French equivalent to a Niveaux de compétence linguistique 

 

Atlantic Immigration Program

 

For French speakers aspiring to immigrate to Canada, there are several avenues tailored to New Brunswick, along with three other Atlantic provinces, collaborates with the Government of Canada to address labor market shortages in Atlantic Canada by recruiting foreign workers. Foreign nationals looking to engage in the Atlantic Immigration Program may be located abroad or on temporary status within Canada when submitting their applications.
