Fernanda Zamboni

Fernanda is a Career Consultant who moved to Canada in 2020 and brings both lived experience and professional insight to support individuals navigating the Canadian job market.

She holds a degree in Dentistry from Brazil and, upon arriving in Canada, faced the challenge of not being able to work immediately in her original field. This experience led her to intentionally pivot her career and develop a strong understanding of recruitment processes, employer expectations, and Canadian workplace culture.

Within three months of her first job in Canada, she earned a promotion to a supervisory role and has continued to grow professionally ever since. Her career path later led her into recruitment, where she gained valuable experience from the employer’s perspective, strengthening her expertise in job search platforms, resume and cover letter evaluation, and interview strategies.

Today, she supports professionals at different career stages, from job searching to strategic career redirection, with a practical, honest, and results-driven approach.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature, especially by the ocean, being with family, and sharing life with her pets.
