Terms and Conditions – Immigration Consultation (online, by phone or in-person)

Initial Consultation Agreement

 

This Initial Consultation Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of an Initial Consultation meeting between one of e-VISA Immigration Services Inc.’s Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants, (“we” or “us”) and the undersigned Client (“you”): 

1. Purpose of Consultation: The purpose of the Initial Consultation is for us: (a) to learn about you and your particular immigration situation based on the information you provide, which may include one or more aspects of the Canadian immigration process and related procedures; (b) to answer your questions related to Canadian Immigration laws and regulations to the best of our ability; (c) to identify your options for Canadian immigration and, to the extent possible, analyze the costs and benefits of those alternatives; (d) to help you determine your course of action, if any; (e) to determine the next steps in the process, as appropriate. All Information provided during the consultation is based on the expertise of e-Visa Immigration’s Consultants and current laws and regulations in place, which may change at any time and without notice after the consultation.
Any advice will be focused exclusively on the client’s direct family, if applicable. The client’s direct family includes the spouse or common-law partner and children under 22 years old. Other family members or friends are not included in the consultation.
All information and documents that you provide to us shall remain strictly confidential. 

PLEASE NOTE: such consultation does not include the review of any document and is not a technical consultation. For more details about the technical consultation and the documents review consultation, please email us at contact@evisaimmigration.com 

2. Legal Authority: You agree and understand that booking a consultation does not establish an engagement for us to act as your Authorized Representative in respect of any matters related to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, and/or the Canada Border Services Agency. 

3. Cost and duration: Our basic package include an initial consultation for the cost of CAD$ 100.00 plus applicable taxes and fees and it will last up to 20 minutes. Our premium package include an initial consultation for the cost of CAD$ 150.00 plus applicable taxes and fees and it will last up to 40 minutes. Our business package include an initial consultation for the cost of CAD$ 250.00 plus applicable taxes and fees and it will last up to 60 minutes. PLEASE NOTE: If additional time is required, additional charges may apply. 

4. Cancellation and Refunds: In exchange for scheduling any of our immigration consultation packages, you agree to pay our non-refundable consultation fee as per terms and conditions set above. Cancelations request must be made via email at agenda@evisaimmigration.com. For cancelations with up to 3 business days advance notice, we will refund 100% of the consultation fee less bank fees, if applicable. For cancelations requested with less than 3 business days’ notice, we will keep 50% of the consultation value to cover administrative and professional fees related to booking availability. For no-shows, no refund will be provided, regardless of the reasons. You may re-schedule your consultation appointment with at least 3 business days advance notice without penalty. In case of cancellations made by e-Visa Immigration, the consultation will be rescheduled to the closest available time. In case of delays by the client, the consultation will be performed during the remaining time of the previously scheduled time.

5. Acceptance: By paying the consultation fee you agree to all the terms and conditions set forth above in this Initial Consultation Agreement and acknowledge that any further engagement of e-VISA Immigration Services will require a further written agreement with different terms. 

Please be advised that e-Visa Immigration Services Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants are members in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council and as such, are bounded by its Bylaws, Code of Professional Ethics, and associated Regulations.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of British Columbia, Canada. 


Education

Terms and Conditions – Education Consultation (online, by phone or in-person)

Initial Consultation Agreement

 

This Initial Consultation Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of an Initial Consultation meeting between one of e-VISA Immigration Services Inc.’s Education Advisors, (“we” or “us”) and the undersigned Client (“you”): 

1. Purpose of Consultation: The purpose of the Initial Consultation is for us: (a) to learn about you and your particular situation based on the information you provide, which may include your English or French proficiency level, your education background, your work experience and career goals and your financial situation; (b) to answer your questions related to education for international students in Canada to the best of our ability; (c) to identify your options for living and studying in Canada and, to the extent possible, analyze the costs and benefits of those alternatives; (d) to help you determine your course of action, if any; (e) to determine the next steps in the process, as appropriate. All Information provided during the consultation is based on the expertise of e-Visa Immigration’s Education Advisors and current regulations in place, which may change at any time and without notice after the consultation.
Any advice will be focused exclusively on the client’s direct family, if applicable. The client’s direct family includes the spouse or common-law partner and children under 22 years old. Other family members or friends are not included in the consultation.

2. No Representation: You agree and understand that booking a consultation does not establish an engagement for us to act as your representative in respect of any matters related to registration and/or follow-up in any Canadian Education Institutions.

3. Cost and duration: Our basic package include an initial consultation for the cost of CAD$ 75.00 plus applicable taxes and fees and it will last up to 40 minutes. PLEASE NOTE: If additional time is required, additional charges may apply. 

4. Cancellation and Refunds: In exchange for scheduling any of our immigration consultation packages, you agree to pay our non-refundable consultation fee as per terms and conditions set above. Financial Planning

Terms and Conditions – Financial Planning (online)

Service Agreement

 

This Service Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of the Financial Planning service one of e-VISA Immigration Services Inc.’s Representative, (“we” or “us”) and the undersigned Client (“you”): 

1. Purpose of Consultation: The purpose of the Initial Financial Planning is for us: (a) to learn about you and your particular situation based on the information you provide; (b) to present the detailed financial planning created for you and your family, based on the information provided by you. We also take into consideration the e-Visa’s immigration and education consultants’ reports, in case you’ve hired the mentioned services as well; (c) to answer your questions related to education life in Canada to the best of our ability; (d) to help you determine your course of action, if any; (e) to determine the next steps in the process, as appropriate. All Information provided during the consultation is based on the expertise of e-Visa Immigration’s Representative’s and current regulations in place, which may change at any time and without notice after the consultation.
Any advice will be focused exclusively on the client’s direct family, if applicable. The client’s direct family includes the spouse or common-law partner and children under 22 years old. Other family members or friends are not included in the consultation.

Cost and duration: Our package include the creation of a monthly financial plan for your first year in Canada, presented during the video consultation, and sent by email, including an editable spreadsheet with the essential expenses + a personalized graph with percentage of expenses by category + a report with other information, for the cost of CAD$ 200.00 plus applicable taxes and fees and it will last up to 40 minutes. PLEASE NOTE: If additional time is required, additional charges may apply.

Career Consultation 

Terms and Conditions – career Consultation (online, by phone or in-person)

 

This career consultation Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of an Initial Consultation meeting between one of e-VISA Talent Hub Inc.’s Career Consultants, (“we” or “us”) and the undersigned Client (“you”): 

 

1. Purpose of Consultation: The purpose of the Initial Consultation is for us: (a) to learn about you and your career profile, based on the information you provide, which may include, your work experience and career goals; (b) to answer your questions related to the demand of your occupation or career in Canada to the best of our ability; (c) to present opportunities and challenges for your occupation in Canada (d) to identify your options for alternative occupations and career paths in Canada and, to the extent possible, analyze the possible options for your career transition in Canada; (e) to help you determine your course of action, if any; (f) to determine the next steps in the process, as appropriate. All Information provided during the consultation is based on the expertise of e-Visa Talent Hub’s Career Consultants and current market scenario, which may change at any time and without notice after the consultation.

Any advice will be focused exclusively on the client only. Other family members or friends are not included in the consultation.  All information and documents that you provide to us shall remain strictly confidential. 

 

2. No Representation: You agree and understand that booking a consultation does not establish an engagement for us to act as your representative in respect of any matters related to your job search furthermore other services such as Client referrals to employers, job applications on behalf of the client and Immigration and visa-related advisements are NOT included.

 

3. Cost and duration: Our Career Consultation cost CAD$ 150.00 plus applicable taxes and fees and it will last up to 40 minutes. PLEASE NOTE: If additional time is required, additional charges may apply. 

 

4.Cancellation and Refunds: In exchange for scheduling a career consultation, you agree to pay our non-refundable consultation fee as per terms and conditions set above. Cancelations request must be made via email at info@evisatalenthub.com. For cancelations with up to 7 business days advance notice, we will refund 100% of the consultation fee plus applicable taxes to the credit card you provided. For cancelations requested with less than 7 business days’ notice, we will keep 50% of the consultation value to cover administrative and professional fees related to booking availability. For no-shows, no refund will be provided, regardless of the reasons. You may reschedule your consultation appointment with at least 2 business days advance notice without penalty. 

In case of cancellations made by e-Visa Talent Hub, the consultation will be rescheduled to the closest available time. In case of delays by the client, the consultation will be performed during the remaining time of the previously scheduled time.

 

5. Acceptance: By paying the consultation fee you agree to all the terms and conditions set forth above in this Initial Consultation Agreement and acknowledge that any further engagement of e-Visa Talent Hub will require a further written agreement with different terms. 

 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
