Three Canadian cities are among the best in the world for work-life balance

The 2022 Work-Life Balance Index analyzed 51 U.S. cities and 49 cities from the rest of the world. The new report says Ottawa, Vancouver and Toronto rank among the top 20 cities worldwide regarding work-life balance.

Work intensity, society, city livability, percentage of remote jobs, the average number of vacation days, access to mental health care, housing affordability and the city's culture were some of the criteria analyzed.
